Fred has been a fixture at Highland since the hospital was built in the late 1940's. In Fred's words, "I"ve been here since dirt!" During his tenure he has performed duties in all job classifications – even before there were such things. Fred keeps the building and grounds in tip-top shape and can, literally, fix anything.
