Have the following information ready:
Email or fax relevant medical records, diagnostics, and treatment information. Our team will review these upon patient arrival. Digital records are preferred when possible.

Owner transports patient to our facility at 118 Greenwood Ave, Bloomington, IL 61704. We'll be prepared for their arrival based on your phone consultation.
Your clients remain your clients. We provide emergency and after-hours care, then return patients to your care for follow-up. We'll communicate findings, treatments, and recommendations clearly and promptly.
Open communication. We'll provide a full report of our examination, diagnostics, treatments, and discharge instructions. We're available to discuss cases and answer questions.
Collaborative care. We value our relationships with referring veterinarians and work together to provide the best outcomes for patients.
Monday-Thursday: 6PM-8AM
Friday 6PM - Monday 8AM

For daytime wellness care, patients can be seen at Highland Pet Hospital Monday-Friday 7AM-5:30PM
